Time For You Mobile Health and Beauty is a mother-and-daughter team dedicated to bringing calm, connection, and care into busy lives — right in the workplace.
With a passion for holistic wellness and over 25 years of combined experience, we specialise in delivering high-quality, on-site treatments that support staff wellbeing, reduce stress, and promote mental clarity.
We’ve seen first-hand the positive impact just 15 minutes of massage can have on someone’s day — whether it’s a staff member under pressure, a team in need of a boost, or a company looking to show appreciation. That’s why we created Time For You: to make wellness simple, accessible, and truly restorative.
I’ve been there, done it and have all the t-shirts for overwhelm, stress, anxiety, exhaustion, guilt and pain, quite a recipe for disaster. I really do know how you are feeling, and I am here to help. Whatever your many roles in life are, not having the time for yourself to wind down will create illness and severe unhappiness.
Over the last 14 years I have been working in super busy airport nail bars, health spas and specialised skin clinics getting a wealth of knowledge and experience in everything health and beauty.
